These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") serve as a binding legal agreement between the o89bd platform and its users. When you register, log in, or use the site in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

"Platform" refers to the o89bd website, all its pages, and the services provided.
"User" or "You" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses the platform.
"Account" refers to each user's individual registered profile.
"Bonus" refers to promotional offers, welcome bonuses, or other incentives.

Eligibility and Age Verification

To create an account and use the services on o89bd, you must meet the following requirements:

You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. After registration, the following are your responsibilities:

Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
Notify our support team immediately if you notice any unauthorized activity on your account.
You are solely responsible for all activities carried out on your account.
Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions on o89bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The currently supported payment methods are:

bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
Nagad — the postal department's digital financial service
Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
Bank Transfer — via major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Deposited funds will only be returned to the payment method belonging to the registered account holder. Transfers to third-party accounts are not possible.

Welcome Bonus and Wagering Requirements

o89bd offers a welcome bonus for new users. The terms related to this bonus are as follows:

100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
Another example: deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum of ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳17,000.
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Wagering requirement: 20x (on the bonus amount).

If bonus abuse, claims from multiple accounts, or fraudulent activity is detected, o89bd reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

o89bd is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. To this end:

Suspicious transactions are monitored on a regular basis.
Documents may be requested to verify a user's identity and source of income when necessary.
Information may be provided to relevant authorities in compliance with legal obligations.
If any illegal activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the associated funds may be seized.

Gaming and Betting Rules

Fair Play Policy

o89bd is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using any type of cheat software, bots, or automated tools.
Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a game.
Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
Colluding with other users to carry out fraudulent activities.

If such activities are detected, the relevant account may be permanently closed and all winnings may be forfeited.

Sports Betting and Cricket Markets

The following points are important to know about betting on o89bd:

All betting markets may be opened and closed at any time — this is entirely at o89bd's discretion.
Bets accepted unintentionally due to technical errors may be considered void.
If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, a specific cancellation policy will apply to the related bets.
Odds displayed in live betting may change at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment will remain in effect.

VIP Program and Cashback

o89bd's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Users can progress to higher VIP tiers based on their regular gaming activity and their relationship with the platform. o89bd reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time.

Limitation of Liability

o89bd accepts no liability in the following situations:

Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
Losses resulting from login credentials being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
Errors or interruptions in third-party game software.
Force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

If a game result is undetermined due to a technical error, o89bd reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the wagered amount.

Account Closure and Suspension

o89bd may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following cases:

Violation of any part of these Terms.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Failure to verify age or identity.
At the user's own request (self-exclusion or responsible gaming measures).

Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw winnings before account closure, though this may not apply in cases of Terms violations.
